  What a thief!
  
  Matt Balasco refurbished my parquet floor in 2015 and made a good job. I was planning to have an extension built in 2016 and asked him to lay the new parquet flooring. Matt stated that he knew where he could source the same type/colour of parquet blocks and asked me whether I wanted him to buy them and store the wood flooring at his premises; he said that the cost would be approximately £300.00 which I gave him in cash. Ironically he asked me whether I trusted him!
  
  Unfortunately for me that was the last I saw of my money, as this thief disappeared without any explanation. Originally he gave me a starting date of six weeks, but he failed to turn up, he would not answer my calls, text messages, e-mails or letters. I sent a letter asking him to pay the money back into my account and gave him a timeframe of approximately one week, but he failed to do this. I have tried to track him down, but as he does not have a business address only a PO Box number I have failed.

  Matt and team did a superb job. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Punctual, reliable, clean, tidy and quick, as well as competitively priced. Above all, Bristol Wood Floor Sanding breathed new life into our tired old wood floors, which have retained their character, but now look fantastic.
